Printing reports generated by ActiveXperts Network Monitor

By default, ActiveXperts Network Monitor reports are HTML documents with an inline style sheet. When you print the report, the graph bars on the document indicating the up/downtimes of the checks, may not appear on the printed paper. This is because 'Backgroud Printing' is disbaled in an internet Browser by default.

Enable Background Printing in Internet Explorer

To enable background Printing in Internet Explorer, please do the following:

Choose 'Internet Options' from the 'Tools' menu:

Enable 'Print background colors and images' from the 'Advanced' tab:

Enable Background Printing in Mozilla Firefox

To enable Background Printing in Mozilla Firefox, please do the following:

Choose 'Page Setup' from the 'File' menu:

Enable 'Print Background (colours & images):

Enable Print Background (colours & images)

After applying the changes to the browser settings, the report document will be printed well.
