Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Server Active Log IO Latency Requirements counters

The following table shows active log I/O latency requirements counters. When these values are exceeded, the client experience degrades. For example, users may experience slow system performance and message delivery delays.

Database\Log Record Stalls/sec
Database\Log Threads Waiting	Indicates the number of threads waiting to complete an update of the database by writing their data to the log.
MSExchange Database\IO Log Writes Average Latency	Indicates the average time, in ms, to write a log buffer to the active log file.
